Job Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for Java/Java Spring boot roles and related technology stacks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end tech recruitment solutions.
• Mentor and train project team members.
• Work with multi-cultural, distributed development teams in dynamic environments.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with project timelines and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Background in Java and Spring Boot is mandatory.
• Experience with Angular/React, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive design is mandatory.
• Experience with Docker containers and deploying topologies using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Thorough understanding of microservices architecture and patterns.
• Experience in event-driven architecture leveraging message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
• Experience in messaging technologies such as JSON and XML.
• Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures that meet service SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
