Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Java Developer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. Location: Irving, Texas

Responsibilities

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Java experience/knowledge who has AWS Certified Solution Architects are preferable.
• Good understanding of Core AWS Services including AWS EC2, S3, ALB, NATGW, EFS, Lambda, APIGW.
• Ability to create AWS Infrastructure Design including DR at AWS Infra Level.
• Knowledge in Infra Provisioning using Terraform in AWS.
• Expertise in React JS, HTML5, Javascript, Redux, Webpack
• Experience integrating with Restful web services
• Building and deploying web applications using microfrontend design pattern
• Experience with microservice based architecture
• Comfort with Agile Operating Models

Qualifications

• Candidate should be proficient in developing applications in Java, Spring boot and experience in AWS concepts
• Candidate should have good knowledge in React, Microservices architecture
• Candidate should be able to work independently with the clients
• Should possess good communication skills
• Good knowledge in the CI/CD pipeline
• Good knowledge in the Database
