SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER- CASH FLOW (HYRBID)

Job Summary

This position will focus on supporting enterprise-wide business initiatives by analyzing working capital, with a primary focus on improving cash flow in Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and Inventory. A successful candidate will be an analytical and creative thinker with strong systems and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly working capital reports for distribution to sector and corporate management (e.g. DSO scorecards, Major Debtors, Inventory Turns)
• Utilize Hyperion and SAP to prepare/review monthly analyses of A/R, A/P, Inventory, and Deferred Income with explanations for variances to prior year, forecast, and budget
• Prepare/review detailed budgets and forecasts for A/R, A/P, Inventory, and Deferred Income with explanations for changes from previous expectations and prior year
• Review overall North America working capital results, forecasts, and budgets for reasonableness and prepare high-level summaries for senior management
• Prepare/review schedules and work with corporate departments to analyze and forecast various balance sheet accounts
• Assist with preparing/reviewing the monthly Cash Flow Rolling Forecast for North America
• Work with Sector Finance to understand recent trends, identify cash flow opportunities, and improve reporting
• Lead conversion of Excel reports to interactive dashboards using PowerBI
• Develop analyses and reports to identify opportunities to improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) and work with other departments to implement changes
• Establish DSO reporting for acquired companies
• Participate in the analysis of efficiency and effectiveness of current departmental processes and procedures, and implement identified improvements
• Special projects as requested for sector finance and senior management
• Supervise two Financial Analysts

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
• 8+ years of accounting/finance/budgeting experience in a large organization
• Management experience
• Experience preparing and/or analyzing cash flows
• Understanding of working capital and how it impacts the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SAP, and Hyperion (HFM and/or Essbase)
