Estimator - Site Development | $100K-$150K | Hiring ASAP
I'm working with a rapidly growing site development contractor known for top-tier work in land grading, clearing, and drainage solutions . They've built a solid reputation for precision, reliability, and long-term partnerships -especially with national homebuilders.
From farmland and neighborhoods to commercial pads and warehouses , this team is shaping the Southeast's landscape one project at a time. Now, they're looking to hire a Senior Estimator who can hit the ground running.
What They Need:

Experience estimating site development (subdivisions, warehouses, retail, etc.)
Strong knowledge of dirt work, utilities, and infrastructure layout
10+ years preferred, but open to less for the right fit
HCSS experience is a major plus
No degree required-real-world experience matters more

Base salary: $100K-$150K
