As a Senior Engineer within our specialized Public Sector Solution Integration team, you will play a critical role in system integration. This hands-on, technical position involves leading teams and executing independent efforts in various aspects of system integration, including design, analysis, testing, implementation, and validation.

• Recommend optimized solutions for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction, alongside project team leads.
• Create and maintain reports on patch compliance and system audits.
• Engage in ongoing operational projects.
• Provide insights for system automation.
• Troubleshoot and document hardware and software issues, maintaining a record of resolutions.
• Participate in the management of OS patching and coordination.
• Maintain and administrate assigned systems.
• Follow policies, processes, and protocols in relevant areas.
• Assist in project execution related to your responsibilities.
• Evaluate, build, integrate, test, and prepare systems for operational use, including rapid patch remediation.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in computer network operations, access protection techniques, software coding, and cybersecurity.
• Expertise in system architecture and engineering, particularly in enterprise-level networking and security.
• 24/7 availability for network outages and scheduled maintenance.
• Flexibility to work on-call or after hours as necessary.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Minimal travel may be necessary.

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with a strong interest in cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in Information Security, Information Assurance, or Cyber Security programs.
• 5+ years in system security assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
• Experience in reporting recommendations to federal or commercial leadership.
• Skilled in developing patch management strategies with automation tools.
• A collaborative approach: building rapport, interviewing, defining requirements, and presenting solutions.
• Experience working in dynamic team settings with shifting priorities.

The anticipated base salary for this position varies by location and is influenced by skills and experience. Current ranges are as follows:

• $87,117 - $116,156
• $91,266 - $121,688
