Senior Electronic Design Engineer / Electronic Application Engineer

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Electronic Design Engineer / Electronic Application Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge electronic products for aerospace applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality solutions to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities:

  Lead bids, proposals, product concepts, and initial design solutions for new electronic products.

  Drive strategic technology planning for the Platform Hardware organization.

  Develop multi-generational product plans with a focus on electronic design initiatives.

  Implement concept designs on Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects.

  Apply design expertise to existing programs incorporating new technologies.

  Provide technical leadership and expertise in new business pursuits with aerospace customers.

  Ensure effective project startup, focusing on initial implementation of product or design concepts.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Electronics Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

The base pay range for this position is $121,500.00 - $162,100.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 10/31/25.?
