The expected salary range for this position is $144,900 to $161,000, depending on experience, along with a complete benefits package including a bonus and 401(k) plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced engineering tasks to support nuclear plant operations.
• Conduct independent research and analyses to back technical projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance to enhance plant safety, reliability, and compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all engineering work while adhering to design standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving equipment and system issues through in-depth technical expertise.
• Manage engineering challenges and provide recommendations for improvements in performance and cost efficiency.
• Support plant modifications, testing, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Oversee engineering outputs to ensure they meet industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate supervisory activities, including planning and budget management concerning engineering personnel.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as required by management, including emergency response roles and supporting outage operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and teamwork.
• Ability to meet access and medical examination requirements as relevant to the position.

PREFERENCES

• Professional Engineer registration.
• Postgraduate degree or advanced coursework.
• Experience in Protective Relaying.
• Expertise with Large Power Transformers.
• Familiarity with Generator Automatic Voltage Regulators.
