About the Role

The Senior E-commerce Merchandiser plays a vital role in implementing our merchandising and digital strategies. In this position, you will manage critical elements that shape our online shopping experiences. You will collaborate with various teams, including Buying, Marketing, and Canadian Digital, to enhance our product assortment and ensure a seamless customer journey across our website and app.

• Oversee daily operations of the App and Services site, handling content publication, trend analysis, and site maintenance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for collaborative partners.
• Work with stakeholders on key digital initiatives.
• Drive the delivery of new capabilities, understanding the processes needed for successful implementation.
• Analyze performance data, identifying trends, insights, and recommend future actions based on KPIs.
• Communicate findings across the organization to refine digital merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure clarity of messaging and optimize landing experiences.
• Contribute to key e-commerce initiatives and IT projects, supporting presentations and reports as needed.
• Develop new digital experiences that embody PetSmart's commitment to pet care.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related experience.
• 3+ years in Merchandising, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Analysis roles.
