Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and growth? We're seeking a Senior Director, Finance to join a dynamic physician practice-focused division within a large, national healthcare organization. This team manages nearly $1B in revenue and operates with the energy and focus of a physician practice management company-backed by the scale of a major healthcare system.

What You'll Do:

• Lead operational finance activities, including analytics, board reporting, budgets, and forecasts
• Deliver insights to improve performance, reduce costs, and drive topline growth
• Collaborate with executives, hospital CFOs, and business leaders across the organization
• Prepare financial decks and explain key narratives to senior leadership and boards
• Guide projects, ad hoc analyses, and financial strategy initiatives that add enterprise value

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with exposure to healthcare or physician practices
• Strong background in operational finance within high-growth, PE-backed, or fast-paced environments
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Energetic, analytical, and collaborative leader with strong executive presence
