Selectek is seeking a Senior Design Architect with a strong background in healthcare projects to join a leading design firm in Southern Indiana. Requirements:

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on healthcare projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred)
• NCARB certification (preferred)
• LEED or WELL AP certification or relevant experience
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of building codes, industry trends, and building structures
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and project presentations
• Experience in managing projects, setting design direction, and producing technical drawings

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management, including design direction, budgeting, and scheduling to meet client deadlines
• Produce design presentations, technical drawings, and project markups for engineers, drafters, and intern architects
• Meet with clients to discuss design ideas, ensure satisfaction, and incorporate feedback
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and design practices to enhance project quality and innovation
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver award-winning designs that positively impact communities

Salary:

$125,000 - $140,000 per year

Employment Type:

Direct Hire Shift and Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
