Insight Global is hiring for Senior Customer Service Representatives to join a leading global platform in the crypto and Web3 space is seeking a Senior Customer Support Associate to join its Credit Card Support team. This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to users of a digital credit card product. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for client service and a strong understanding of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to routine customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs and document interactions thoroughly.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately, including those requiring risk assessment or exception handling.
• Stay current with product updates and integrate new information into customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability, including availability for weekends and holidays.
• Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers using plain language.
• Embrace feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Manage multiple tasks and systems during live interactions.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or financial services environment.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers and modern technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Associate Degree or higher.
