As the Senior Controller, you'll be a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving financial performance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial controls.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives through performance metrics and KPI tracking.
• Educating operational teams on financial drivers and fostering ownership of results.
• Ensuring accurate accounting for inventory, capital assets, and operating costs.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Supporting capital planning and asset management.
• Conducting financial analysis to guide decision-making and process improvements.
• Maintaining strong internal controls and risk mitigation practices.
• Sharing best practices across the organization and mentoring finance team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of managerial accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SA
