Senior AV Administrator

In the role of Senior Audio Visual Administrator, we'll count on you to:
- Work in coordination with our vendors, Corporate Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Support teams to manage and support all aspects of HDR's A/V environment
- Assist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of A/V technology and maximize utilization of systems
- Combine A/V technical expertise with business requirements for excellent customer service
- Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects and initiatives
- Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems
- Provide advanced troubleshooting on complicated A/V issues
- Provide support for display software applications
- Provide desk side training upon request for enterprise systems
- Request hardware and software through the requisition system as required in support of office technologies
- Assist the IT Support team with the inventory management of all A/V related assets
- Assist the IT Support team with software inventory where required
- Provide coordination and communication of technical support topics/issues of interest to local support teams
- Understand client business needs and effectively match client business needs to technology products for recommended a technology solution
- Work with other IT teams in support A/V processes and setup
- Live event production and support
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area/Audio Visual or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting A/V technology
- Superior working knowledge of A/V equipment and peripherals
- Experience in systems operations and maintenance
- Excellent working knowledge of Audio-Visual management systems (Poly, QSC, Samsung, Teams Admin Center, etc.)
- CTS-D or CTS-I certification
- Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the A&E industry
