Senior Associate Recruiter

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Associate Recruiter to streamline and enhance the onboarding experience for candidates. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both Operations and Corporate Recruiters to support candidates through the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and high retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations and Corporate Recruiters to effectively guide candidates through the onboarding journey.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Schedule interviews and onboarding sessions, ensuring that all new hire documents are completed and verified.
• Assist hiring managers and candidates by providing clear guidance on talent acquisition processes and procedures.
• Facilitate timely and efficient hiring and onboarding practices to fill positions as quickly as possible.
• Prepare necessary documentation and approvals to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as they progress through different interview stages.
• Support other administrative tasks related to recruiting as needed.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively deescalate challenging situations.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities while staying organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong time management skills to complete assignments efficiently and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence, with flexibility and professionalism when interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
