Senior Assistant Store Manager

Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff through coaching and training to deliver excellent Guest Services.
• Control expenses and shrinkage; manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands include standing, walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds (in excess of 8 hours).

Employment details

• Employment type: Full-time.
• Work up to 38 hours per week.
