About the job you’re considering - Workday HCM Functional Architect

• Lead full-cycle implementation within the Workday HCM product suite
• Collaborate with team to help clients navigate the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of the HCM modules
• Lead advisory, planning and implementation of HCM applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and working with data teams to successfully map data required for integration
• Team up internally and with clients to scope and clarify requirements, convey project updates, build timelines for reporting deliverables, and provide recommendations
• Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients
• Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Prioritize client’s interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations

Your skills and experience

• 3 years of Workday experience (Advisory and hands on)
• Experience guiding customers and leading the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of the HCM modules
• Workday certifications preferred - Industry or Partner
