Job Purpose and Impact

• The Senior Application Developer for SuccessFactors Employee Central plays a critical role in building, maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications within SuccessFactors. This position involves performing complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support with minimal supervision to ensure seamless implementation of new software and updates.

Key Accountabilities

• Application Configuration Management: Develops complex application configurations to meet diverse user and business needs while identifying process improvements.
• Application Development & Deployment: Engages in advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of updates or fixes for application releases.
• User Communication & Support: Maintains open lines of communication with users to address complex application support requests efficiently.
• Application Support: Conducts intricate technical application support activities to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners, ensuring that configurations align with standards and goals.
• Incident & Request Management: Oversees the prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests.
• Vendor Management: Cultivates positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates contracts effectively.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 5 years or more.
• Certifications and/or experience with the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module are required.

Short Description

This position is eligible for Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $152,000. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience level. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and personal performance.
