Senior Application Developer - SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Application Developer specialized in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to understand complex business requirements and translate them into innovative application features. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement specifications for new and existing applications, ensuring a seamless and successful deployment of SuccessFactors Talent modules.

Key Accountabilities

• Application Configuration Management: Design and build sophisticated application configurations that meet user and business requirements while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in complex application support processes.

• Application Development & Deployment: Engage in advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of software fixes and updates, ensuring effective version releases.

• User Communication & Support: Maintain open channels of communication with users to address and resolve complex application support requests efficiently.

• Application Support: Conduct advanced technical support activities, delivering exceptional business outcomes through effective problem-solving.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners, to ensure all configurations align with project goals and standards.

• Incident & Request Management: Lead the prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests, ensuring timely resolutions.

• Vendor Management: Foster positive relationships with software vendors, effectively negotiating contracts and managing vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with a strong preference for 5 years or more.

• Demonstrated experience and/or certifications in SuccessFactors Modules.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $152,000, influenced by factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award, based on both company and individual performance.
