Senior Application Developer - SuccessFactors Talent Modules

Job Purpose and Impact

• The Senior Application Developer for SuccessFactors Talent will leverage advanced technical skills to interpret intricate business requirements and transform them into innovative application features. In this collaborative role, you will work alongside development teams and stakeholders to define specifications for new and existing applications.

Key Accountabilities

• Application Configuration Management: Create and manage complex application configurations to align with user and business needs while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement in application support processes.

• Application Development & Deployment: Lead advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for application version releases, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

• User Communication & Support: Maintain open lines of communication with users, responding effectively to complex application support requests and ensuring their needs are met.

• Application Support: Execute complex technical support activities to achieve desired business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners, to ensure application configurations meet established standards and project objectives.

• Incident & Request Management: Proactively lead the prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests, ensuring timely resolutions.

• Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with software vendors and skillfully negotiate complex contracts for maximum value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; typically reflecting 5 years or more of applicable experience.

• Experience and/or certifications in SuccessFactors Modules are preferred.

Short Description

This position includes eligibility for Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals at the rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year, in compliance with applicable laws.

The expected salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to $152,000, influenced by various factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience level. Compensation may be adjusted based on geographic differentials for the position. This role is also eligible for discretionary incentive awards based on company and individual performance.
