Senior Application Developer - Integrations Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact

• The Senior Application Developer focusing on SuccessFactors and integrations is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and integrating software applications across SuccessFactors and connected systems. This role emphasizes SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to ensure seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications. This position plays a critical role in enhancing HR operations by facilitating accurate, automated, and efficient information exchange between SuccessFactors Employee Central and the wider enterprise technology landscape.

Key Accountabilities

• Integration Management: Lead complex integration design, configuration, testing, and quality assurance for SuccessFactors and CPI interfaces.
• Integration Development & Deployment: Develop and support comprehensive integration solutions for reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange across HR, payroll, and downstream systems.
• User Communication & Support: Collaborate with HR operations, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely, stable solutions.
• Application Support: Oversee installation, deployment, and support activities for new integrations and updates to existing applications.
• Stakeholder Management: Work alongside multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business partners to ensure configurations comply with standards and align with project goals.
• Compliance: Uphold data governance, security, and performance standards in all integration developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 5 years or more of applicable experience.
• CPI Integrations experience and/or relevant certifications.

This position offers a comprehensive benefit program including medical and/or other benefits dependent on the role and hours worked. The expected salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $152,000, which varies based on many factors including but not limited to location, certifications, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on both company and personal performance.
