We are looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator for our Palm Beach Gardens office. The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering operational and administrative support for Firm service lines. This position leads day-to-day workflow management, supports team development, and drives efficiency through process improvements. In addition to executing complex administrative functions, the Senior Administrative Coordinator engages internal clients, and serves as a trusted resource for resolving issues and enhancing team operations. This is an onsite position. #ZR
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will:

Supports firm service line by delivering operational and administrative support, and other service-specific deliverables.

Analyzes, monitors, and optimizes the sequence of tasks and processes to ensure that work progresses through various stages, maximizing efficiency and productivity and removing bottlenecks

Performs a wide range of administrative functions including management of file repositories and Teams Channel communications, as well as providing general support and assistance as needed.

Responsible for pulling and analyzing data, formatting and editing reports, and disseminating data to relevant parties.

Supports implementation of new solutions by helping set up processes, tools, or systems
-
Carries out general on-site tasks such as operational support, breakroom and kitchen duties, visitor and staff assistance, front desk support, and mail and supply management.
What you bring to the role:
-
Minimum of 4+ year(s) of experience in a professional support services environment. Accounting preferred but not required.

Demonstrates comprehensive expertise across multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office 365. Possesses advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrates strong task management skills by effectively prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines independently.

Ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability in deliverables while serving as a subject matter expert.

Communicates clearly and diplomatically to foster collaboration and build trust within the team.

Proactively identifies, analyzes, and resolves client issues while contributing to broader team-based solutions.

Develops strong relationships, actively seeks to understand client needs, and applies feedback for continuous improvement.

Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons and deadlines.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:
$24.47 - $40.00 per hour
