As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a utility location, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will be responsible for monitoring the premises, responding to situations as they arise, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the utility facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns that may impact the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted or suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
• Document all activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
