As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and clear communication will support a positive experience for everyone on site. In this driving post, you will utilize your attention to detail and professionalism to manage access points, respond to alarms, and address any security-related concerns as they arise. What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed to address situations within the location.
- Remain alert and attentive to changing conditions within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
