As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a transportation-focused location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols of the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, assisting with access control and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting as needed with transportation site operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and along its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols within the transportation location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and any security-related concerns encountered during shifts.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all personnel and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
