As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to situations as needed, all while upholding our values of reliability, agility, and integrity. Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any observations according to company and client protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and directions, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to support a secure environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
