As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 08:00 AM - 08:00 PMSun 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity or conditions throughout the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance needs as required by site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
