As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology-driven location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious or unusual behavior observed during patrols.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and/or staff to provide assistance and relay information as needed.
• Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel as directed during critical incidents at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
