As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a leading tech, media, and telecom location. This primarily driving post involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior within the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related needs specific to a tech, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to changing working environments and conditions as required by the site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Experience in a primarily driving post is preferred.
• Current CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A current guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
