As an Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine inspections and maintain a visible presence throughout the property. Your role includes operating a vehicle as part of your duties, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and communication to all visitors and tenants. Tue 09:00 PM - 05:30 AM

Wed 09:00 PM - 05:30 AM

Thur 10:15 PM - 06:45 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards within the property.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with directions and general inquiries as needed.
• Document and communicate any incidents or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter unwanted behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
