As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will have the opportunity to help protect a bustling retail location by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with customers and staff, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and around its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Observe and report situations requiring attention, following established protocols for documentation and communication with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts.
• Support access control procedures and help to deter potential disruptions within the retail environment.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt security-related activities as needed based on site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
