As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent manufacturing and industrial location in Chillicothe, OH, you will conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and proactive approach will support a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and embody our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, while always acting with integrity and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a secure environment by adhering to all company and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
