As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the facility, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and support site operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and provide directions or information as needed.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required for the location.
• Participate in site-specific training and follow all established protocols and procedures relevant to the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
