As a Security Officer - Media Patrol in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated tech and telecom facilities, maintaining a secure environment for all occupants. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your presence and professionalism will support a welcoming atmosphere, while you communicate clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and identify any potential security-related concerns within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Document observations, incidents, and occurrences according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist with crowd management and/or access control as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
