As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a busy manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, monitoring assigned areas, and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility and on the grounds.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and interactions as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement when necessary to address security-related concerns.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt security-related activities as needed to support the needs of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post; a valid driver's license is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
