As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and employees. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including communication with Allied Universal management and local authorities.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and provide information or assistance to visitors and employees as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
