As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Center - Full Time in Nekoosa, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols will help create a welcoming atmosphere while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or incident reports as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or drills as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
