As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your strong customer service and communication skills will assist those on-site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facilities and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activities.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and concerns following Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with site staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel to provide assistance and information as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
