As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a prestigious hotel and resort location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and engaging with guests, staff, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. You will be a vital presence, responding to situations as they arise, and providing exceptional customer service while upholding the values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate: $26.79 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Thur 04:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri 11:00 PM - 03:00 AM

Sat 11:00 PM - 03:00 AM

Sun 11:00 PM - 03:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations throughout the property in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs as observed during patrols.
• Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Collaborate with hotel and resort management and/or local authorities as needed in the event of emergencies or incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
