As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Full-Time in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and providing outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment, and take appropriate action during emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or potential hazards encountered during patrols within the healthcare setting.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients as part of daily duties and during any incidents.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client protocols specific to healthcare environments, adapting to varying working conditions and requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
