As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and personnel, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, unusual circumstances, or conditions that may require attention.
• Support emergency response activities as required by the location and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or the public with general inquiries and directions as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
