As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $15.20 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for any unusual activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
• Support emergency response efforts as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
