What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist students, staff, visitors, and guests at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying identification badges and/or visitor credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs, including visitor check-ins and any security-related incidents or observations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate professionally with campus personnel and first responders in the event of emergencies or security-related concerns.
• Support the implementation of building policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited activities within the educational environment.
• Assist with the coordination of deliveries, lost and found items, and other front desk administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
