As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols in a healthcare location. Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare environment with professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain order within the location.
• Support healthcare staff, patients, and visitors by addressing inquiries and providing directions or assistance as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
