As a Security Officer - Data Center in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and controlling entry points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a strong presence throughout the property. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Provide customer service by following site-specific policies, addressing inquiries, and assisting visitors and tenants as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter security-related incidents and identify potential concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with emergency services when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
