As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Driver in Kailua Kona, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will be an integral part of maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding to any situations that may arise. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary to meet Allied Universal's driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or incidents as outlined in post orders.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff as needed.
• Follow all instructions from Allied Universal and site management regarding security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
