As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in greeting guests and managing access at a commercial real estate location. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and/or guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service in a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes according to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with building management and/or Allied Universal supervisors regarding security-related issues and site needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Perform security-related checks of packages and deliveries received at the front desk, following all site policies for handling and documentation.
• Support security-related procedures by providing information, directions, and assistance to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
