As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence in the lobby area. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your attentive presence and exceptional customer service skills. This role emphasizes strong communication as you assist guests, answer inquiries, and respond to requests with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information related to building access and procedures.
• Support Allied Universal management in implementing and maintaining security-related standards and emergency response activities at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
