As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct unarmed patrols throughout the assigned premises, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, responding to security-related concerns, and ensuring clear communication at all times. This position requires a valid driver's license and may involve driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor for potential hazards or unusual conditions relevant to a chemical or petrochemical environment and promptly report findings according to site procedures.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and verify the credentials of personnel and visitors as required by site protocols.
• Document observations and/or incidents in detailed reports for Allied Universal and client management.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
