As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an automotive environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support access control measures. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol.
• Document and report all incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Have customer service experience.
• Have access control and/or badge experience.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
