As a Security Officer - Armed Site - Weekdays in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. This post requires both an armed guard card and a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for driving and maintaining a strong presence throughout the property. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication, reflecting our values of reliability, agility, and integrity while working as part of a dedicated team that puts people first.

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing sensitive areas within the food and beverage production environment.
• Identify and report security-related hazards, suspicious behavior, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
• Operate security-related equipment and communication devices as required for the post.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Valid driver's license required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
